Experience is the next generation of core processing banking products in the area of distribution channels, payment systems and business intelligence for global market. Experience is a result of a long-term strategic unification of existing production lines within the banking software divisions of Asseco SEE and brings increased capacity for product innovation and efficient support to our clients.
All new modules are compliant with the “de facto” standards in the modeling of banking practices, such as IBM IFW model and classification of BIAN service which enables more agile support of business initiatives with the simultaneous isolation of changes. Platform’s modules provide a consistent implementation of shared aspects such as security, parameterization and configuration.
Experience has distinctive characteristics that allow flexibility where existing systems fail:
- Superior Service Oriented Architecture provides agile support for new business initiatives and for changes in business practice with a series of service-oriented modules that expose interfaces based on standards. The architecture allows balancing isolation changes with the high level of parameterization and configuration.
- Experience is built relying on proven IBM models which define the 80% of data, processes and software components necessary for a universal financial institution that operates in the modern environment. Modern challenges in the banking business are filled by a number of predefined business templates that are used for the refinement of the business problem, specification and implementation of application solutions.
- It is implemented on the new wave of Microsoft’s technologies to ensure sustainability of the solution in the next 10 years.

Experience Customer Insight
Customer Experience Insight centralizes information about customers within the bank and allows consistent and reliable service to all operating processes, providing a 360 degree view of business with a client. The product provides centralized data entry, maintenance and review of customers’ data. It consists of three functional modules: Records and liaising with the client, monitoring client’s behavior in relation to the bank (loyalty, interaction, profitability and regularity in the performance of obligations) and additional data about client which are generated in integration with other parts of the institution’s system with which Customer Insight has the possibility of collaboration in order to gain insight into the overall quality of the client and all the relationships between client and financial organizations (360° view).
