Mr. Gheorghe graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Mathematics, with a degree in Information Technology. »

In the period of 1996-2010, he was the General Manager of Probass SA, an important banking software developer. Before that he worked as an analyst programmer in Fortuna bank and several IT companies (Armus SA and CP Info SA).

Since 2010, he is the President of the Management Board, Asseco SEE Romania.

Mr. Stan graduated from the Faculty of Electronics, Polytechnic Institute Bucharest, and worked as an engineer in a research institute until 1990 when together with a group of entrepreneurs he established one of the first IT companies in Romania, called SCOP. »

From 1994-2010 he was the General Manager at Net Consulting, a major IT company specialized in integrated systems, IT solutions and service providers.

Since 2009, he has been the Honorary President of Asseco SEE Romania`s Management Board.

Mr. Barseti is a member of th National Office for Inventions and Brands with two technical inventions. »

Mr. Calin Barseti has been the CEO of the System Integration Business Unit at Asseco SEE Romania since 2009. He is also a member of Asseco SEE’s Management Board and the CEO of the System Integration BU for the entire South-Eastern Europe region. Formerly, he was Executive Director and Large Accounts Director at Net Consulting (1998-2009), Technical Manager at Rom Control Data (1994-1996), Deputy Chief Engineer for R&D dpt.KT Computers Singapore (1992-1994) and R&D Engineer at Rom Control Data (Romanian-American joint venture, 1984-1991).

Mrs. Boboc graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, Bucharest University. »

She has been the CEO of the Banking Business Unit at Asseco SEE Romania since 2011.

Until 2009, she was the IT manager for several Romanian banks. In 2009, she joined Probass, a company which was acquired by ASEE that year.

Mrs. Toader has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, ASE Bucharest, complemented by a Master in Financial Audit. In 2009, she graduated from a Romanian - Canadian MBA Program (Finance specialization). »
