Slavčo Angelovski joined the company (in that time PEXIM SOLUTION) in 2001 as manager of the Banking Service Center division. In March 2003, he was appointed Chief Sales Manager. In July 2006, Mr. Angelovski also assumed the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (PEXIM SOLUTIONS), and after the merger of ASSECO SEE Group and PEXIM Group in January 2008, he became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of ASSECO SEE in Macedonia.

Under Mr. Angelovski’s leadership, ASSECO SEE MACEDONIA has become the largest ICT Company and dominant System Integration Company in the region. Mr. Angelovski has led the development of the Company's core business strategy that features the continuous repositioning and strategic upgrading of the portfolio, emphasizing high-quality services by value-adding diversification activities that have driven the company’s consistently superior earnings performance and growth value. ASSECO SEE has been ranked top Macedonian ICT Company for several years in the categories of revenue and profit achievements.

Prior to joining Pexim, Mr. Angelovski worked at the Macedonian Business Systems Company - IBM Local Service Organization, as the Customer Engineer in charge of the hardware, software and service of the IBM product portfolio. In 1999, he occupied the position of Head of the Systems Engineers Department.

In the course of his career he has gained professional skills and expertise in several areas such as: business analysis in building complex applications for different areas of the public sector; design of core networks and data centers including policies for disaster recovery and business continuance in banks and telecoms; management of complex projects of tight hardware and software integration; and ICT concepts and technologies in a real life environment.

Mr. Angelovski is also an active member of the business community, championing the concept of civic entrepreneurship. He is married and the father of two gorgeous kids.

Marija Mackinovska has been the Chief Financial Officer at Asseco SEE Macedonia, since January 2001. »

As a member of the Asseco SEE Macedonia Management Board and with more than 16 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, business planning and financial analysis within IT and trade oriented organizations; she plays a key role in the overall management of the company and its business plan.

Under Maria’s direct oversight, a strong team of financial experts was established within the company, providing timely and accurate analyses of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. Responsible for all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization, she provides the executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities and evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning and the introduction of new programs, strategies and regulatory action. She ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensures compliance with IFRS and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. She is also involved in developing and implementing ERP systems and additional systems of finance control which lead to quality process of forecasting/analyses, such as performance measurement. She is was fully involved in Due Diligence processes, audit processes, and advisory processes with development of financial models and internal policies and procedures during ISO certifications.

Thanks to Maria's organization skills and leadership, in 2008, the company successfully implemented ERP system Navision and advanced modules for controlling and reporting. Through Navision she has established financial control over subsidiaries in Albania and Bulgaria. She was also responsible for consolidation of three different countries in the region- Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Albania.

Prior to join Asseco SEE (PEXIM at the time), Mrs. Mackinovska was working as Director of Finance and Administration in Agro Gold Ing Skopje -Trade Company.
She was born in 1971 in Ohrid, Macedonia. She Studied in Skopje and earned a BcS. Economics degree from the University of “Kiril i Metodij”, Skopje - Faculty of Economics - Finance and Banking department. Certified Management Accountant and served on the Board of Directors.

She fluently speaks English and Serbian. She is an active member of the community, with interests in books, theater, movies, sport, etc. Mrs. Mackinovska is especially proud of being a mother of two young children.

Mr. Kormushoski has been the System Integration Business Unit Director at Asseco SEE Macedonia since January 2010. »

He organizes and supervises the operations of the BU, prepares the annual BU budgets, defines the BU strategy and develops the BU portfolio. As a result of these activities and the commitment of his team, the System Integration BU continuously achieves business targets and is a major revenue and profit generator for Asseco SEE Macedonia. Mr. Kormushoski manages relationships with the most important Key Accounts and Vendors. He is a member of the Sales Coordination Team at Asseco where he represents Asseco SEE Macedonia.

In the 18 year experience in the ICT business area, Mr. Kormushoski has also been Sales Director for Macedonia at Pexim for three years from 2006 till 2009. He was in charge of sales of products and services, sales strategy, business plan preparation, and reaching significant revenue growth on a company level. He had significant contribution to sales development in Albania, when first significant sales results were recorded.

In the period 2004-2006, he was Director of Key Customers Business Centre at AD Makedonski Telekomunikacii (member of Deutsche Telekom Group) where he was responsible for introducing the System Integration concept in the organization integrated with telecom services. He managed to setup new organization in pre-sales, sales and post-sales operations related to the key business customers in the Telco organization. These activities resulted in efficiency increase and improvements year on year. He has also held numerous positions at Pexim between 1994 and 2004.

He has a Magister Degree in Mechanical Sciences and a BcS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje. He fluently speaks English and Serbian and has a basic knowledge of German. He was born in 1968. He is married and has two children.

Mr.Ivanoski has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 2009. He is acting Managing Director of Asseco-See Bulgaria starting from January 2012. Ha has served as Business Unit Manager in Asseco-See Macedonia since 2008. In 2009 he served as regional payment solution business development manager for Aseeco-See Macedonia. In the period from 2005-2008 he was part of the international business development team in Pexim Solutions in the Balkans territories.

In addition to his telecommunication, payment and technology background Mr.Ivanoski has strategic development and leadership experience as board member as also telco, banking, financial services and retail industries advisor.

Mr.Ivanoski earned MBA in 2011 and is also handling corporate transactions including M&A activities, providing international perspective as well as expertise in finance, marketing and operations.

Mr. Slavkoski graduated at St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia, and earned a degree of Graduated electro technical engineer B.Sc. in Computer Science, Informatics and Automatics. »

He started his professional career as a software developer in Mak-System Group International – Paris, and in 1998 he joined the Pexim Solutions Skopje (ASSECO SEE present), as lead developer and product manager. With knowledge in several development platforms he gained his experience and built his professional career as one of the key experts for software development in the company. With active participation, coordination and leadership, Mr. Slavkoski in his portfolio added the largest banking software projects in several countries in the region.

From 2006 – until now he is managing ASEBA PUB2000 core banking system business unit.
From 2009 – until now Mr. Slavkoski is head of Banking Software Unit and a member in the Management Board in Asseco See Macedonia.
