As a Member of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe and a President of the Management Board of Asseco SEE Croatia, Dražen Pehar is participating in building and development of the leading IT company in the region. »

He has more than 18 years of experience in IT business. With his engagement and knowledge about different aspects of IT industry for financial sector, he proved himself in numerous projects of development and implementation of solutions and services for the banks in the region of south eastern Europe and wider.

He started his career in company Logos that he founded with his partners in 1993 in Croatia. Logos was focused on development of call/contact center, Internet security and mobile solutions for banking and public sector. In all the technology fields mentioned above, Logos was the pioneer in developing and implementing its own solutions in the local and regional market. In 2008 Logos was acquired by Asseco South Eastern Europe where he is continuing his career until today.

He holds Bachelor degree from Banja Luka University as Electrical Engineer.

He was born in 1966 in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Today is married and has two children.

Ivica Petrović was born on February 10th, 1972 in Zagreb and has started his career in Biro Data Servis (BDS) in 1993. »
