Jacek Duch - Chairman of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology of the Faculty of Electronics. He has an M.Sc degree in IT. In 1975-1977 he worked for PSI AG in West Berlin. »

He has a long-term experience both in software engineering and in managing international IT concerns. In 1978-1993 he worked for the Digital Equipment Corporation, he managed projects among others in Munich, Vienna and Paris. He also was a scientific worker in NixdorfComputer AG. From 1989 he supervised the creation of Digital Equipment Corporation branch offices in Hungary, Czechoslvakia and in Poland. In 1992-1993, he managed Digital Equipment Corporation Polska Sp. z o.o. From 1993 until 1998, he managed Oracle Polska Sp. z o.o.

In 1998-2008, he was a member of Supervisory Boards and was a manager in the following companies: Prokom Software S.A., Prokom Internet S.A., Postdata S.A., Ready Sp. z o.o., Warmia Lice Sp. z o.o., Bank Pocztowy S.A., PVT a.s. and Softlab. He is also a member of Supervisory Boards in companies of the Asseco Group: Asseco DACH, Asseco SEE, ADH-Soft, Asseco Germany AG, and matrix42 AG. He is a partner in Allterpower Sp. z o.o., Ogicom Sp. z o.o., DECsoft S.A., Inotel S.A., Bioalter Sp. z o.o. and Vercom Sp. z o.o.

A member of branch organizations: the American Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications and the Polish Confederation of Private Employers.

At present, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Asseco Poland S.A.

Adam Noga - Vice-Chairman of Supervisory Board

A graduate of SGPiS (now the Warsaw School of Economics) of the Economic-Social Faculty, and an intern of L’Ecole Hautes Etudes et Sciences Sociales in Paris in 1984-1985. He is the holder of a full professor title. »

In 1991-1992 he completed short MBA studies at L’Universite du Quebec in Montreal. In 1985 he gained a degree of a doctor in economy and then a post doctoral degree, a degree of an associate professor (the Warsaw School of Economics) and in 2009 a degree of a full professor. He was the Director of the Finances Institute. Since 2005, he has been a professor at the Koźmiński University and its Vice Chancellor. He is an author of 5 books and over 100 scientific articles. He is also the first winner of the Bank Handlowy Prize for outstanding achievements in economy and finances.
In 1988-1989 he worked for the Ministry of Finances as Chief Expert. From 1991 to 1992, he was a university teacher at L’Universite du Quebec a Montreal. In 1996-1999, he was the Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs at the Warsaw School of Economics.

In 1995, he worked as an expert for the Ministry of Privatization. In 1996, he was a representative of the President of the Republic of Poland in public debates on privatization and common ownership reform.

In 1996-1999, he wrote reports on the Polish economy privatization. From 1998 until 1999, he was a member of the Supervisory Board in PTE Epoka. In 2003-2005 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. In 2002-2005, he was an advisor of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Finances. Since 1987 he has been an editor of the "Ekonomista" magazine.

In 1998-2006, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Asseco Poland. He was a member of the Supervisory Board in Prokom Software S.A., he is a member of the Supervisory Board in Kredyt Bank S.A. and since 2005 he has been its Vice President. He also was a member of the Supervisory Boards in Warta TUiR and Warta UnŻ. He is a member of auditing committees in Asseco Poland, Kredyt Bank, Warta TUiR and Warta UnŻ.

Since January 2007, he has been the Vice President of the Supervisory Board in Asseco Poland.

Dariusz Brzeski - Member of Supervisory Board

In 1988, he graduated from the School of Planning and Statistics (now the Warsaw School of Economics), major in Organization and Management. In 1988-1990 he was an expert for IT Systems Implementation in Microsystem JGU. »

From 1991 until 1994, he was a Manager of Sales Network in InterArms Sp. z o.o. In 1995-1996, he was the President of the Board of Directors in Towarzystwo Finansowo Leasingowe Sp. z o.o. In 1997-2000, he was the President of the Board of Directors in Financial Management S.A. From March 2005, he was a President of the Board of Directors in Ster-Projekt S.A., and then from 2008, he was a President of the Board of Directors in ABG S.A. He is a President of the Supervisory Board in Fundusz Hipoteczny FAMILIA S.A.

At present, he is the Member of the Supervisory Board in Asseco Poland.

Artur Kucharski - Member of Supervisory Board

A graduate of the University of Central London and the Warsaw University of Technology with an MSc degree. Currently he is in the course of MBA Executive studies at Warsaw University of Technology Business School. »

In 1995-2002, he worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. in the Financial Reports Analysis Department, starting as an assistant and advancing to the position of a manager. Since 2002 he has been working in PwC Polska Sp. z o.o. in the Advice Department, starting from the position of a Senior Manager and advancing to the position of a Director.

He has a title of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In 2010, he became a Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Kopex S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Board in Globe Trade Centre S.A. In February 2011, he became a member of the Supervisory Board in Hydrapress S.A. he is also a manager in Kopex S.A.

Since August 2010, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee in Asseco Poland S.A.

Antoni Magdoń - Member of Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin where in the Faculty of Christian Philosophy he gained a master’s degree. In 1982 he was awarded a doctoral degree at the Poznań University of Economics at the Faculty of Economics. »

In 1983 he graduated from postgraduate studies in the area of financial and social issues of co-operative banks at the Catholic University of Nijmegen (the Netherlands), he gained a post doctoral degree in economy at the University of Prešov (Slovakia) in 2009.

In 1983-1994, he was a university lecturer and an Institute Manager of the Co-operative Research Institute, in 1984-1995, he was a university lecturer and a Team Manager at the School of Planning and Statistics / Warsaw School of Economics, in 1992-1994 he was a lecturer and since 2000 he has been a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences Branch of the Catholic University of Lublin in Stalowa Wola. In 1994-1997, he was an advisor of the Minister of Finances. In 1997-1999 he was the Vice President of the Board of Directors, the first Vice President of the Board of Directors in Bank Depozytowo-Kredytowy S.A.

In 1999, he started working for Bank PEKAO S.A. at the following positions: the Regional Director for Networks; the Regional Director for Retail Banking and then the Retail Banking Director of Region.

At present, he is a member of the Supervisory Board in Asseco Poland S.A.
