Adam Góral is a co-founder of Asseco Poland S.A. From 1995 onward he was working on the position of the Vice President of the Board of Directors and the Director General at Asseco Poland S.A. (previously COMP Rzeszów) and then, after 2004 until today, as the President of the Board of Directors of the company. In 1999-2006 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards in ABAS S.A., COMP Soft Sp. z o.o., Softlab, Softlab Trade, WA-PRO, Asseco Romania, Vistula&Wólczanka S.A., ABG (previously DRQ) and Asseco Systems. In 2007-2008 he was a President of the Board of Directors in Prokom Software S.A. and after 2009 he started working as a President of the Board of Directors in ABG S.A. until it merged with Asseco Poland S.A. in January 2010.

Moreover, he works as the President of the Supervisory Boards in Asseco Central Europe, Asseco South Eastern Europe, Asseco South Western Europe, Asseco Business Solutions, ADH Soft, Asseco Northern Europe and as the Vice President of the Supervisory Board in Asseco DACH.

Adam Góral is a co-founder of the Rzeszów School of Business, the International School of Banking and Finances in Sandomierz, the Podkarpackie Business Club (where he is the President of the Board of Directors at present) and the Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic.

As the President of the Board of Directors in Asseco Poland S.A. he is responsible for development prospects and strategy of the Asseco Group. In 1997-2003 he was a manager in Prokom Software S.A. In this position he was responsible for carrying out IT projects dedicated to banking and capital markets. In 2002-2005 he was a member of the Supervisory Board and then the Chairman of Epsilio S.A. Simultaneously, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Postdata S.A. and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IT Services Institute Otago Sp. z o.o. Since 2003 he has been also a member of the Board of Directors in Softbank S.A.

Since February 2004, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Asseco Poland and since 2007 he has been the Vice President of the Board of Directors responsible for the Public Administration Division, the Postal Systems Division, the Information Management Division, the Capital Market Division, the International Organizations and the Uniformed Services Division and the Contracts Support Department.

A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology. In 1973-1986 he was a university teacher and a manager of a scientific-research team at the Gdańsk University of Technology. In 1987-1992 he was a manager and then the Deputy Director in the Innovative Institute of IT – PROKOM. »

From 1992 onward he was the Director General at PROKOM Software System Sp. z o.o., at that time he managed large national-scale projects such as: information technology introduction to management processes at Telekomunikacja Polska (both in its central office and all branches); introduction of information technology to the Supreme Audit Office within the frameworks of its subject matter and managerial activities.

Since 1997 he has been a Manager of the Software Production Division and a member of the Board of Directors in Prokom Software S.A. Since 1999 he has been responsible for a project of information technology introduction to the Social Insurance Institution together with implementation of pensions reform. From 2001 onward he was the Vice President of the Board of Directors in Prokom Software S.A. until this company merged with Asseco Poland S.A.

Since April 2008 he has been the Vice President of the Board of Directors in Asseco Poland S.A. responsible for the Social Insurance Division and the Health Care Division.

In 1995, he started working for COMP Ltd. Sp. z o.o. Since 1995, he has worked in Asseco Poland (previously COMP Rzeszów), being gradually promoted from the position of a marketing specialist, through the position of the Sales and Marketing Manager to the position of a member of the Board of Directors in 2004-2007.

At present, he has managerial positions in companies belonging to the Asseco Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors in Formula Systems Ltd., a member of the Supervisory Board in Asseco Central Europe, the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Asseco Danmark A/S and a member of the Board of Directors in Sintagma UAB. He is also the President of the Board of Directors of Asseco Resovia S.A. sports club.

Since January 2007 he has been the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Asseco Poland S.A. and is responsible for supervising the Sales Coordination Department, the Marketing Department, the PR and Investors Relations Department and the EU Projects Office.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology of the Faculty of Electronics with a MSc degree. In 1991 he started working in Computerland with which he stopped cooperating as the Vice President of the Board of Directors. »

In 1998-2007 he was the President of the Board of Directors in Oracle Polska. In this company, from 2004, he was a team manager responsible for the group of Baltic States in Oracle Central Europe: the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. In 2008-2010 he was the first Vice President of the Board of Directors in ABG S.A. He is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in PGS Software.

Since October 2009 he has been employed by Asseco Poland at the position of the Vice President of the Board of Directors. In 1993-1994, he worked on creating the “PROBANK” Banking System as a software engineer and then as a designer. In 1994-1997 he was a project manager of creating and implementing “PROMAK” and “PROMAK-Sponsor” Broker Systems. In 1997, he became a project manager of creating KSI ZUS software. Since 2003, he has been engaged in works for the insurance sector. In 2003-2004 he managed the preparation of the Prokom Software S.A. and CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) offer for the PZU Group and then, from 2004 onward, he managed a project of implementing Graph Talk AIA system in PZU Życie S.A. From December 2007 onward he was a member of the Board of Directors of Prokom Software S.A. until the company merged with Asseco Poland S.A.

Since April 2008, he has been the Vice President of the Board of Directors in Asseco Poland S.A. responsible for the Commercial Insurances Division.
