Thomas Gessner Named New Marketing Director of Matrix42

In his new position at Matrix42, Gessner will focus heavily on customer relations: “We need to build stronger bonds with our customers. We should therefore not only continue to identify needs, we should also start to understand how our existing customers use our solutions and how they benefit from them. This information will allow us to optimize our products and services continuously and to demonstrate to the outside how our solutions increase efficiency and productivity for our customers.”
