Asseco DACH is comprised of three companies: Asseco Germany AG, Asseco Austria GmbH and Matrix42 AG. With their technologically and functionally leading solutions, Asseco Germany and Asseco Austria rank as competent providers of Internet-based business software for medium-sized companies. Matrix42 is the leading and globally acting supplier for Workplace Management solutions, enabling the seamless management of physical and virtual environments.

The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Asseco DACH consist of three persons respectively. Within the Management Board, Herbert Uhl is the President of the Board and Aleksander Duch and Karol Cieślak act as Vice-Presidents. Jacek Duch, Chairman, Adam Góral, Deputy Chairman, and Andrzej Gerlach form the Supervisory Board. 

CEO of Asseco Germany AG and Asseco Austria GmbH is Markus Haller. The Supervisory Board of Asseco Germany AG is comprised of Aleksander Duch as Chairman, Piotr Masłowski and Mariusz Lizoń.

Herbert Uhl is CEO of Matrix42 AG, Jochen Jaser is CTO. Jacek Duch, Chairman, Aleksander Duch and Marcin Rulnicki form the Supervisory Board.
