Asseco Central Europe became the owner of 100% of shares of one of the best providers in the area of consumer finance in Central and Eastern Europe. This is a Hungarian company Statlogics which manages more than five million credit applications per year for an amount exceeding three billion EUR.

AG Portal, a product developed by Asseco BERIT GmbH, was under the auspices of the German Governement´s and IBM Germany representatives awarded the SME prize for innovation INNOVATIONSPRIZE IT 2012 by Initiative Mittlestand at the CeBIT fair.

The new core banking system StarBUILD II for building savings banks, and especially its functionality that enables access through web services, has become the winner of the Microsoft Awards 2012. The prize is honored annually to the best the best IT projects implemented by Microsofts´ partners on the MS technologies.

Asseco Central Europe, which operates in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary, has announced its consolidated financial results for 2011. The company’s total revenues came to EUR 133.49 million, which is 5% higher than a year earlier.

New member of the Board of Directors in Asseco CE with effect from December 2011 became Marek Grác who serves as Healthcare Business Unit Director.
