Adam Góral - Chairman (Slovak Republic, Czech Republic)

Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (Economic Cybernetics and Information Technology). Between 1999 and 2006, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ABAS, Studio Komputerowe GALKOM, and COMP Soft. »

Since 2004, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Central Europe (previously Asseco Slovakia) and since 2005 at Epsilio (merged into Asseco Poland in July 2005). Moreover, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Business Solutions SA, Asseco Systems SA, Asseco South Eastern Europe, ADH-Soft and Asseco DACH. He is one of the co-founders of Asseco Poland SA (established in 1991), and one of the three biggest shareholders of the company. At present, he is the President of the Management Board at Asseco Poland. He is responsible for developing the growth vision and strategy for the Asseco Capital Group.

Andrej Košári - Vice-Chairman (Slovak Republic)

Graduate  of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He also took a Diploma in Computer Communications at EDV Schule Siemens AG Muenchen. Since 1979 he worked for the Slovak National Saving Bank in the position of the Head of the Systemic Engineering Department. »

He remained in this position till 1990, when he became Deputy of the Director General in headquarter of the Post Bank. Since 1990 he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company ASSET, a.s. and in years 1992-1999 he was the Managing Director of ASSET, s.r.o. Mr. Košári has been Vice-president of the Supervisory Board of ASSET Soft  (later Asseco Slovakia, today Asseco Central Europe) since November 2004. After five years he was re-elected to this position.

Ján Handlovský - Member (Slovak Republic)

Graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava, Department of Informatics. From June 1995 to March 2001 he worked in various IT companies as programmer - analyst. »

Since April 2001 he joined ASSET, where he worked as an analyst on the project in the ČS building society. Since March 2005 he was responsible for project implementation of the system StarBUILD in the Romanian HVB Banca pentru Locuinte and since 2007 he leads the project implementation of StarBUILD in the Blue Pyramid. In September 2011 he has been elected by employees to the Supervisory Board of Asseco Central Europe.

Marek Panek - Member (Slovak Republic, Czech Republic)

Graduate of the Faculty of Machinery Construction and Aviation at the Rzeszow University of Technology. In 1998-1999, he was the President of the Management Board at COMP Soft . In 2001-2003, he was a member of the Supervisory Board at ARMA. »

He has worked at Asseco Poland since 1995 in the following positions: Marketing Expert, Chief Marketing Executive, Sales and Marketing Department Director, Member of the Management Board of Asseco Poland (since March 2004). At present, he is the Vice-President of the Management Board. His scope of responsibilities includes Sales Coordination and Partner Cooperation Department, PR and Investor Relations Department, Marketing Department, Logistics Department and the European Union Project Bureau.

Przemysław Sęczkowski - Member (Slovak Republic)

Graduated from the Economical Department of Gdańsk University. In 1992-1997 he worked in Bank Gdański S.A. as a Director and later as a Managing Director of Treasury Department. In 1997-1998 he was a Vice-President of the Management Board of Bank Współpracy Europejskiej (Bank of European Cooperation). »

In 1999-2001 he was a deputy of General Director, responsible for economics and finance in PPUP Poczta Polska. From 2002 until 2003 he was a Director in Concordia Ltd.  He has been the member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Slovakia, today Asseco Central Europe, since February 2008. His term will come to an end in February 2013.

Petr Šťastný - Member (Czech Republic)

Graduated from the University of Chemical Technology in Pardubice, specialization in Inorganic Chemistry of pure substances. He began his career with the company in 1988 working as a Supervisor of operating programmers at PVT (Asseco Central Europe today). »

Currently he holds the position of a programmer. During his career he participated in creating and operating an IT program for the Czech Tourist Authority and is responsible for service providing for pension funds within the Insurance Division. Moreover, since the beginning of his career, he has been active in the trade union movement; he has served as Chairman of the Trade Union Movement in Pardubice for 12 years and holds the position of Trade Union Committee Chairman. In March 2011 he became an employee representative in the Supervisory Board of Asseco Central Europe.
