He is a graduate of the Department of Theoretical Cybernetics and Mathematical Informatics in the Mathematics and Physics Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. He has been working for Asseco Central Europe  since 1996. »

In 1999-2002 he worked as a product and project manager for DWH & BI Insurance projects. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Slovakia (now Asseco Central Europe) since 2002, holding the office of CEO. Since the establishment of Asseco Central Europe in July 2009 he has become President of this group. He also holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory board in Slovanet, Asseco Solutions (SR), GlobeNet and Statlogics. Since October 2009 he holds the position of CEO in Asseco Group and since December 2009 he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe (registered in the Czech Republic).

Martin Morávek is a graduate of the Department of Technical Cybernetics in the Electrical Engineering Faculty of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and the Applied Informatics Department in the Faculty of Economic Informatics of the University of Economics in Bratislava. »

He joined ASSET in 1994. After software activities were incorporated into ASSET Soft (now Asseco Central Europe) in 1999, he was named Director of the IT Division and the member of the Board of Directors. In 2002 he was named Chief Technology Officer and became Director of Software Development Division. From 2006 he acted as Director of the Business Division Group and later as Vice-President for Business Solutions Enterprise Group. Along being a member of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe, he is serving as a member of the Supervisory Board of Slovanet. Currently he holds the position of Finance Business Unit Director.

Graduate of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and the graduate of an extension economic course that concluded with a state exam. He joined Asseco Central Europe in 1996. »

In 2002 he was named Chief Information Officer and has become Director of IT Support Division. Since 2006 he is serving as a Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of Slovanet. In 2007-2008 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Disig. Since June 2009 he is a member of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe. In January 2010 he was named Country Manager IT Services & Operations for Slovak Republic.

Tomáš Osuský is graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. Currently he serves as Sales Director SK for Asseco Central Europe since August 2010. »

In his professional career, he held various senior managerial positions for different advisory and IT companies, he served as Execuive Director ( Advisory Leader for Slovakia ) in Ernst & Young and prior to this, member of the Board of Directors at IBM Slovakia for nine years. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of subsidiary Asseco Solutions (SK) and in august 2011 was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in Asseco Central Europe.

Marek Grác is graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. Currently he serves as Healthcare Business Unit Director for Asseco Central Europe. »

During his professional career, he held various positions in the area of development, implementation and operation of information systems for banking and health insurance companies at Asseco Central Europe, a.s. (previously ASSET Soft, a.s.) such as programmer - analysts, team leader, business consultant, Healthcare Business Unit Director. In December 2011 he was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in Asseco Central Europe.

Graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague where he studied economy and management. He later obtained MBA at the University of Chicago. »

During his professional career he worked at high managerial positions with Český Telecom and Contactel, telecommunications companies. He acquired foreign experience in Bulgaria where he worked for ČEZ and in Belarus where he worked for Logan Orviss, a consulting group. He has come to the Asseco Group from Dell where he worked as a managing director of the business unit in Slovakia from 2008 to 2011.

After graduating from VŠZ College of Forestry in Brno - specialisation in forest management, finance and economics, Radek Levíček worked in companies R.V.Poppe and Collection as sales manager and official company representative. »

Since 1994 he worked for EuroTel Praha, as business director, responsible for all corporate sales. In 2006 he started to work for ADW Holding as CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Since 2008 Radek Levíček works in Asseco Central Europe in Czech Republic as a director of Geographic & Network Systems. Currently he holds a position as Public Business Unit Director and also, since January 2011, as a member of the Board of Directors

He graduated from the University of Tomáš Baťa in Zlín where he studied at the Faculty of Applied Informatics. During his studies he started work with PVT (later Asseco) as a project manager. »

He dealt with informatics later as well when he became a manager for IT with XT – Card. He was the chairman of the Board of Directors with Right Power Group for three years. He has worked as the Sales Manager of Asseco Central Europe since February 2011.
