Asseco Central Europe has a powerful team of experts that is being constantly supplemented as necessary. Considering the main line of business, the greatest part of our staff consists of IT specialists, software developers, analysts, and methodologists.
Education and training of employees and their career growth
Expert knowledge and experience of employees belong to the company’s greatest competition advantage and the company does its best to support them. The education of employees is implemented in various ways. In 2010-2011 there will be an Asseco Academy education program, financed from EU resources, under the name Employment and social inclusion in Slovakia. Its main focus is set to: development of ICT skills,
raising of professional competencies,
development of manager skills and techniques,
development of communication skills,
development of practical communication skills in English.
There is also similar education program in the Czech Republic. Deepening and development of expert knowledge as well as career growth are planned and evaluated at regular interviews.
Motivation and stabilization of employees
The company has its own system of remuneration and, apart from remuneration according to related rules, the employer can give his employees additional benefits to appreciate their loyalty towards the company.
Asseco Central Europe is aware of the need to support balance between its employees’ working and private life. This is why it uses a rich social program as one of motivation elements; in terms of this program, the company ensures catering and healthy working environment or contributes to the employees’ supplementary pension insurance. It also contributes to leisure, sports and social activities, enabling employees to relax after work and supporting the loyalty and consistency of working and development teams.
