The project Asseco Education Academy has been launched in May 2010. Its aim is a complex development and intensification of human resources capacity by increasing adaptability and quality of human resources in response to market requirements, taking into account the continuous deepening of information society and business processes.

The project is implemented with the support of the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Employment and Social Inclusion. At the request for the non-repayable financial contribution Asseco Central Europe, based in Bratislava, has received a contribution of EUR 182,929.72 EUR, for project with a total value of 304,000 EUR. Intermediate Body is the Social Implementation Agency under the Managing Authority for Operational Programme Employment and Social Inclusion under the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic.

The target group for the project are employees of the permanent employment represented by 99 people, who are divided into three groups according to their occupation:

• Employees in management positions
• Employees in administrative jobs
• Technology IT staff

• Managerial skills and techniques training - Management foundations
• Communication Skills Training
• Development of practical English communication skills
• Development of ICT skills and upgrade of specialist competencies of IT personnel
• Tools for financial management professionals
